Amazon provides a one-year warranty (around 11 months for our customers). We will assist in sending the Kindle back to China for a replacement set.
In our experience, Kindles very, very rarely have hardware issues. However, one of the most common issues that Kindle users face is screen breakage if the Kindle is dropped; the screen is fragile and may break. This is not covered under the warranty and the device can be considered a write-off at this point. This is why using a cover is highly recommended (either the official Amazon leather cover or a third-party one.)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in its original packaging.
