Warranty & Returns


Amazon provides a one-year warranty (around 11 months for our buyers).

To begin the warranty claim process,

  • Go here.
  • Click on your Kindle.
  • Select an issue: Kindle E-reader
  • Details: My Kindle is frozen etc.
  • Select 'Chat'.
  • You will chat with the customer service representative and will be given a US address label to send your Kindle to. (To do this, just use Singpost's airmail service.)
  • You also need to have a US address for them to send another working Kindle to. (If you don't have one, create one at Comgateway. Fill this address into here first.) After the Kindle reaches Comgateway, you will then forward it to Singapore.


In our experience, one of the most common problems that Kindle users have is dropping a Kindle. The screen is fragile and will break; the device can be considered a write-off at this point. This is why using a cover is highly recommended (either the official Amazon leather cover or a third-party one.)



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in its original packaging.
